Each month’s print is open for subscriptions until the 20th of that month or until spots are filled. Orders placed during that time will receive the current month’s print, which ships during the final week of the month. Subscriptions placed after the 20th will begin with the following month’s artwork.

Are there a limited number of new subscriptions spots each month? Yes. Each month has a set number of new subscriptions spots to ensure timely delivery. Once spots are filled in a given month, subscription enrolment will temporarily close. When this happens, you will be invited to join the waitlist and will be notified when subscriptions reopen for the following month. If you are already enrolled as an active subscriber, your spot is secured for the next month. What happens if I join the waitlist? Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot for the current month and does not place an order or charge your payment method. Subscriptions reopen on a first-come, first-served basis. When will I be billed? When you join, your payment method will be charged on the day you subscribe and then automatically on that same date each month. If subscriptions are closed at the time of your visit, your subscription will begin when spots reopen for the next month. You will be notified by email once enrolment is available again.

How does the subscription work? Each month, you’ll receive a curated 5x7 or 5x5 art print, a mix of new releases and handpicked favourites from past originals. Your subscription renews automatically every month, and you’re free to pause or cancel anytime. When should I subscribe to receive this month’s print? Subscribe by the 20th of the month to receive that month’s print. Orders placed after the 20th will begin with next month’s print. When do prints ship? All monthly Studio Mail prints ship between the 21st and 25th of the same month. This timing gives me space to print, pack, and prepare everything with care. Do I get any surprises? Yes, occasional surprise bonuses may be included from time to time. These might be a print, a sticker, printed vellum or a small note. Bonuses are not guaranteed each month, but are added as a special thank-you for subscribers. Can I cancel anytime? Absolutely. This is a flexible month-to-month subscription. You can pause or cancel at any time through your account. Will I know which print I’m getting each month? Usually, the print is a surprise, selected by me. Sometimes I’ll share a sneak peek on Instagram or email, but most months you’ll discover it when you open your envelope. Do you ship internationally? Yes, international shipping is available. When will I be billed? You’ll be billed on the day you begin your subscription, and then automatically on that same date each month. Can I gift this subscription to someone? Absolutely! A monthly art subscription makes a thoughtful and unique gift. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout, or ask me if you need help. What if I move or need to change my address? You can update your shipping address anytime in your account settings. Make sure to update it before the 20th so the next shipment goes to the right place.
