Intellectual Property Notice
All Artwork is ©Copyright of and remains the exclusive property of Natalie Carmella even after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind.
The purchase of artwork does not grant permission to the collector/customer to copy, reproduce, transmit, manipulate, or use the artwork in any way without the artist's written consent. Posting images of the items purchased on social media is always welcome and does not breach this clause.
If you would like to use an image for commercial use or licensing, please send me a message at my shop or send an email to studio@nataliecarmella.com.
Liability
We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector/customer. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate in any way for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.
Returns
We are happy to return or exchange your giclee print within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. The artwork must be shipped in a rigid mailing envelope or a mailing tube to ensure no damage in the return.
We do our best to offer colour-accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If colour calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc)
Studio Mail Art Print Subscription
Monthly Billing
Studio Mail is a recurring subscription. When you join, your payment method will be charged on the day you subscribe and then automatically on that same date each month.
Cancel Anytime
You are free to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, your cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date.
No Refunds for Processed Payments
Because each month’s print is prepared and packed shortly after billing, payments that have already been processed cannot be refunded. If you cancel after your payment has been processed, your subscription will remain active for that month and will end before the next billing cycle.
Shipping & Delivery
Monthly prints ship between the 21st to 25th of the same month. Orders placed after the 20th will begin with the next month’s print.
Address Changes
Please update your shipping address before your next billing date to ensure your print arrives at the correct destination.
Surprise Bonuses
Occasional bonus items may be included as a thank-you to subscribers. These extras are not guaranteed every month.
Shipping
The processing times of each item can be found within the product descriptions. Natalie’s studio team is small and dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible.
If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has been dispatched from our studio. Be sure to get in touch with us through the Contact page as soon as possible.
Natalie Carmella is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at checkout.
Duties and Taxes
The studio is operated in Alberta, Canada and is not liable for any taxes and duties required by your country. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and fine art prints.
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total for purchases outside of Canada. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The customs agency will notify you either by mail, phone, or email to pay the fees so that the shipment can continue to its destination.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any taxes and duties. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase minus the costs of shipping to your country.
