Giclée Prints
We are pleased to offer returns or exchanges on fine art giclée prints within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original, pristine condition. The customer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is damaged during the return process.

Packaging: To ensure safe transit, returns must be shipped back in a rigid mailing envelope or a heavy-duty mailing tube.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return postage and shipping costs.
Original Artworks & Commissions
Private Collections & Custom Work: All original painting sales and custom commissions are final.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return, please follow these steps to ensure your request is processed smoothly:

Contact Support: Send an email to studio@nataliecarmella.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

Await Approval: Our studio will review your request and reply with instructions and the correct return shipping address. Please do not mail items back without prior email confirmation.

Pack with Care: Securely package the artwork in a rigid mailing envelope or heavy-duty mailing tube to protect it from damage during transit.

Ship and Share Tracking: Purchase your return shipping label and email us the tracking number. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee or issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Colour Accuracy Disclaimer
We make every effort to provide highly accurate, professional photography of our artwork. However, please note that colour calibration varies significantly across screens and devices. If colour precision is a priority, we recommend viewing the artwork across multiple devices (such as a desktop monitor and an iPhone) before finalizing your acquisition.
